Terms and Conditions
After the booking is confirmed, the trip is binding for both the customer and FellGuides. If the minimum groups size is not reached 30 days before the start of the trip, FellGuides reserves the right to cancel the trip or reschedule to a future date. If the trip is canceled, any third-party costs (such as equipment rentals, flights, rental cars) will not be reimbursed.
If the customer cancels their reservation after the booking is confirmed, we will charge a processing fee of €50. For cancellations that take place later than 60 days before the tour start date, we will charge 50% of the trip price, 30 days before the trip start date, we will charge the full trip price.
