3 Days of Ski Touring in the Fells
Enjoy the best ski touring Finland has to offer. The rolling fells of Pallas make for great day trips filled lots of accents and descents. The mild weather of spring and long sunny days make for the best time for ski touring above the arctic circle. Join us and explore our magnificent fells!
During the camp, we go touring about 6h every day in the fells of the Pallas region. We will take you to the best slopes and the tucked away powder spots to enjoy what our fells have to offer. We plan each days trips according to the weather and snow conditions, so that the trips remain safe and comfortable, and suitable for the whole group.

Program
Days 2-3
Each day, we make breakfast together at the Riekontupa cabin and prepare snacks to take with us on the trip. We ski the fells for about six hours and climb 2-3 times from the valley to the top of the fells. Afterward, we return to the cabin, where we prepare dinner together. The evening program may include sauna, board games or other general entertainment as well as planning the next day's trip.
Day 1
Arrival day: Pick up from Kittilä airport or Kolari train station and transfer to Riekontupa. Settle in and familiarize ourselves with the weather and region, we also plan our next days trip. We will jointly prepare dinner, and there is an opportunity to take a sauna. If arriving early a short ski trip close to the cabin or practice avalanche safety.
Day 4
After the last day of ski touring we will return to the cabin no later than 4pm and head home from there. Transfer back to Kittilä Airport, Levi or Kolari train station.

We provide the necessary gear, food and transport. Arrive at Kittilä International Airport or Kolari Train Station and we will look after the rest.

Information package including a list of required equipment
Accommodation at Riekontupa cottage for 3 nights, bed linens and towels provided
