Terms and Conditions
After the booking is confirmed, the trip is binding for both the customer and Fell Guides. In the case of accident or illness to the guide, Fell Guides reserves the right to change guides, cancel the trip or reschedule to a future date. Fell Guides reserves the right to make changes or cancel the trip if the required products/services are no longer available, in the case of force majeure or if weather conditions are too dangerous to operate the planned trip safely. If changes need to be made to the trip that affect the price, Fell Guides reserves the right to adjust the price of the trip accordingly. Should any changes be needed, the client will be notified without delay. If the trip is cancelled for these reasons, the client will be reimbursed the full price of the booking, any third-party costs made by the client (such as equipment rentals, flights, rental cars) will not be reimbursed.
For day trips - If the customer cancels their booking 48h before the start of the trip - cancellation is free, after this a 150€ processing fee will be charged, the rest of the booking will be waived. For cancellations that take place the day of the trip, or the client does not show, the full price of the trip will be billed.
For multi-day trips - If the customer cancels their reservation after the booking is confirmed, the client will be charged the non-refundable costs of the bookings made for the trip and an additional 150€ processing fee. For cancellations that take place later than 14 days before the tour start date, the full price of the trip will be billed.
Fell Guides does not insure it's clients in the case of accidental injury or illness. Every client must take care of his/her own travel- and accident insurance. Please make sure that you have a valid travel insurance if you need to cancel the tour for example because of illness. Accident insurance must cover the activities in the tour.
