3 Days of Fell Skiing
The stunning Fells of the Pallas Ylläs Fells National Park are best explored on skis. Fill your lungs with the fresh clean arctic air while yours skis take you across untouched snow. During this camp, we go skiing each day in the backcountry of the Pallas region, from ancient forests to open fells. We visit well-known national landscapes as well as less frequently visited parts of the park, always on trails we have created ourselves. We plan the next day's trips together according to the weather and snow conditions, so that the trips remain safe and comfortable, and suitable for the whole group.

Program
Days 2-3
In the mornings we make breakfast together at Riekontupa cabin and pack snacks to take with us on the trip. We head out by car to the location of the days ski trip. The hikes are about 10-15km or about 6 hours including breaks. After the ski day we return to cabin, where we prepare dinner together. The evening program may include sauna, board games or general pastime. We plan the next day's ski trip, depending on the weather and conditions.
Day 1
Arrival day: Pick up from Kittilä airport or Kolari train station and transfer to Riekontupa. Settle in and familiarize ourselves with the weather and region, we also plan our next days trip. We will jointly prepare dinner, and there is an opportunity to take a sauna. If arriving early a short ski trip close to the cabin.
Day 4
After the last day of fell skiing, we will return to the cabin no later than 4pm and head home from there. Transfers back to Kittilä airport, Levi or Kolari train station.

We provide the necessary gear, food and transport. Arrive at Kittilä International Airport or Kolari Train Station and we will look after the rest.
